Katie, your blog has intrigued me from the begining. I like how it really shows that you connected with your topic. Your blog has shown that no building is built without thought or culture shaping it. I was really interesting to see what information you found. Your conculsion, i think, is perfect you make your point and show how this researching has actually changed your point of view of buildings your around.

I like the conclusion you came to about how not only is architecture affected by culture but culture is also affected by architecture. Its awesome that you were able to come to this conclusion with only researching these two countries. It would have been way easier to talk about it in other countries as well but that would have made the subject too broad. I'm glad that I got to learn about the architectural history of both countries because Ive been there but have never had the chance to learn about the architecture. You should maybe directly compare more buildings or building styles from France and Spain and it would be cool to know how architecture built in the same time period as eachother differed and more on how the cultures of Spain and France differed
